How we work. Steps designed to give you the best service
Step 1: Reserve your place online, quickly and easily
> Check availability - simply by entering the precise dates and times of collection and return of your vehicle keys in the form on the left side of this page.
> Subject to parking space availability- our website will show you the final total price (VAT included). To complete your reservation, simply enter all the data in the form that is displayed below this price.
> When our system has verified your registration: we will send you a final confirmation e-mail of your booking (containing the detailed instructions for delivery and collection of the vehicle).
Step 2: Dropping off your vehicle at the port
At the time and date of your request, drop your vehicle off at the port of Alicante. One of our easily identified drivers (wearing a blue vest with our company logo) will be waiting for you to pick up your car. No waiting.
In order to maximise our service, we offer 2 pick-up & delivery points: Levante´s dock (coming from the Puerta del Mar square, show map) and Poniente´s dock (coming from Loring Avenue, show map).
To monitor the status of your car, an audit will be performed (both internal and external). For this reason, we recommend leaving enough time in your travel plans because this process might take several minutes.
Step 3: Custody of your vehicle with the maximum guarantee
From the moment that we give you the signed copy of the audit document, we secure your vehicle at our parking with Integral Security Service 24H-365D.
If the slightest hint of damage occurs during the transfers and parking, we are covered by a full liability insurance to meet any such event.
Step 4: Handover of the vehicle keys - no waiting needed.
At the time and date of your request, simply go to the pick up point at the port of Alicante. Again, one of our easily identified drivers (wearing a blue vest with our company logo) will be waiting for you to pick up the keys of your vehicle.
It is at this point that you will have to pay for our service either by cash or card (using a mobile POS).
