Payment methods

The reservation online process is completely free since you only pay when your vehicle keys have been returned to you and that you are completely satisfied with our service.

When and where the payment of our services is made?

Upon your return to Alicante, whether at Levante´s dock (show map) or Poniente´s dock (show map), one of our easily identified drivers (wearing a blue vest with our company logo) will return your vehicle keys - no waiting..

It is at this point that you will have to pay for our service either by cash or card (using a mobile POS).

With both forms of payment, you will receive a receipt there and then.

Should you need an invoice, either in your name or your company name, you should request it during the confirmation process of your booking.


If you do not request it at the time of booking, not to worry, simply get your invoice later..
